Cremation Services: Flexible Options for Honoring Loved Ones

Cremation is increasingly the disposition option chosen by today’s families. Rose Garden Funeral Home provides seamless cremation arrangements that flex to your family’s preferences, faith traditions, and budget. Popular cremation services include:

Direct/Simple Cremation – $1,275

For those wanting simple but dignified handling of remains and return of cremains without ceremonies. Includes essential services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to crematory, necessary authorizations, refrigeration, private cremation, plastic utility urn, and all crematory fees.

Cremation with Memorial Service – $3,495

Allows families to host a funeral or celebration of life ceremony for remembrance, reflection and healing before or after the cremation. Remains can be present for viewing, or cremation may take place beforehand. Urn options are available for display. Ideal for those not needing ceremonies before cremation.

Cremation with Burial – $3,795

Combines cremation with the interment of urn or cremains in a cemetery plot, crypt, or memorial garden, allowing for a permanent resting place and gravesite for visitation and reflection. Add memorialization through markers or monuments. A typical “best of both worlds” option.

Our advisors explain all the choices available to find the right cremation services to meet your family’s needs.

Burial Services: Traditional and Natural Options

While cremation has risen in popularity, many still choose to honor their loved ones through traditional casket burials. Rose Garden Funeral Home offers customized burial services, including:

Full-Service Funeral + Burial – $7,995

The most traditional option is viewing the embalmed deceased before an entire ceremony and procession to the cemetery for Burial. Caskets and vault selection are required. Opportunity for large gatherings of friends and family with maximum memorialization.

Graveside Funeral + Burial – $5,495

Like a full-service funeral, but instead of a separate viewing and chapel ceremony, a single graveside ceremony takes place after transporting casketed remains to the cemetery. It is cheaper but includes embalming/preparation, casket, hearse transport, and burial coordination.

Green/Natural Burial – $3,495

For families wanting an eco-friendly approach, natural Burial is done without embalming and utilizes simple shrouds or biodegradable caskets/urns. Grave markers are often monuments vs. stone memorials. Intimate graveside ceremonies. Only permitted in designated cemeteries. Gaining in popularity.

Veterans, public servants, infants, and children often receive discounts or specific pricing on certain burial services at Rose Garden Funeral Home. Please inquire for details.

Memorial Services: Meaningful Ways to Gather in Remembrance

Whether chosen with cremation or Burial or as stand-alone gatherings, memorial services provide meaningful ways to eulogize and pay tribute to those who have passed on. Standard memorial service offerings through Rose Garden Funeral include:

Funeral or Celebration of Life Ceremony

Typically held a few days after passing and involving a casket or urn/photo display. Our chapels and reception rooms accommodate services of all sizes, from small gravesides to large formal ceremonies followed by refreshments. Fully customized from obituary to video tribute.

Dedication of Interment/Entombment

A brief reading of scriptures, remarks, and prayers concludes with the final blessing and farewell at the gravesite or mausoleum after burial/entombment is complete. Usually 30 minutes and intimately sized gathering of 10-25 people.

Graveside Memorial

Many choose to keep memorial gatherings simple through a ceremony at the graveside after Burial. No need for separate facilities. More convenience for older families traveling to pay respects. Typically, it involves 30-90 minutes of remarks, readings, and time for quiet reflection.

Memorial Events and Rituals

For those not needing formal services, we can also assist with planning memorial events like releasing balloons or butterflies, dove/bird releases, planting trees, dedicating benches or gathering socially to share positive memories and heal collectively through activities connecting people to the deceased’s passions.

No matter how you choose to bring friends/family together in remembrance, our dedicated coordinators will handle every detail and provide caring support so you can fully immerse in honoring your loved one.
